Choose the date yourself!
At DreamBalloon, we stand out by offering flexibility. After purchasing your ticket, you simply choose your date and location from our flight calendar.
As your ticket is valid for 24 months, you’ll have plenty of time to choose a new date in case weather conditions don’t allow us to conduct the flight at your chosen date.

How to fly - step by step

Purchase a ticket
Buy a ticket for a balloon flight via our website. The ticket is valid for 24 months and is valid for all dates and regions available in the flight calendar.
Please keep in mind: For Stockholm City, a dedicated ticket type is needed.

You receive your ticket right away!
Within a few minutes after the purchase, you will receive your ticket in PDF format, sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. Your ticket contains a specific booking code.
The booking code is not assigned to a specific person so you may freely give the ticket to anyone.

Book your flight
In the flight calendar, you can choose a flight and time that suits you. After you have selected your flight, you will be asked to enter your booking code and basic personal information. When you press “Finish booking”, you are guaranteed a place in the basket.
The registration process takes 1 minute. You can register other ticket holders, such as family or friends, for the same flight.

On our website you can find all the necessary information about ballooning and also answers to many questions, such as what to expect, how long the flight takes, how to prepare and much more. On the day of the flight
Now we are keeping our fingers crossed for good flying weather. Before each flight, the pilot analyzes weather conditions and the possibility of being able to carry out a safe flight. If you have signed up for an evening flight, you will receive an email & sms from the pilot no later than
14.00 on the same day with information about your flight (or no later than 21.00 the day before if you are flying in the morning).

Up in the air we go!
Calm winds & nice weather means we can fly!
You will receive a message from the pilot with information about where we will gather and what time. Your unique experience in the air begins there.
If the weather turns out not to be favorable for balloon flights, you will receive a message about this and can book a new flight, with the same booking code, as soon as you receive the message.

Below you may read answers to some of the most frequently asked questions:
How long does the flight last?
The flight typically lasts about an hour, though this can vary depending on weather conditions and location. The entire adventure, however, takes usually 3-4 hours.
Can I change the flight date? What is my flight gets cancelled due to weather conditions?
Your ticket is valid for 24 months. On average, our passengers have to sign up for 2/3 flights before they actually fly as our flights are 100% dependent on safe weather conditions. Sometimes, they fly on the 1st flight they signed up for, but sometimes, it takes 3 or even 4 times signing up before they fly.
The moment your flight gets cancelled, your booking code becomes active again and you may sign up for another flight.
Can I bring children?
Yes, children at least 120cm tall may join fights, provided they are able to safely participate and are accompanied by a guardian on board.
How many people are in the basket?
It depends – typically between 10-20 people.
There’s a few of us – can we be sure we’ll be on the same flight?
Of course! Our flight calendar offers information on the number of open spots in each flight. Just choose one that has enough spaces for all of you and you sign everyone up for the same flight 😊
